Shipping & Returns



We offer flat rate UPS ground shipping within the US and flat rate DHL or UPS International Shipping for all International orders. All International orders may be subject to applicable local taxes & duties and these costs will not be included in the purchase price on  Please note that 6397 will not assume responsibility for any charges other than those listed on our website.  

If the recipient refuses delivery of their order due to a customs charge, the package will be returned to 6397 at the cost of the customer. This cost (shipping and any additional taxes and duties) will be deducted from the refund.



All prices are listed in US dollars. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card and American Express through our 128 bit secure payment gateway. Credit card transactions will appear on your statement within 24 hours from the time of purchase.


TAXES charges sales tax at the applicable rate for the shipment destination address within NY State. If your shipping address is outside of NY, or in a NY county that is exempt from sales tax on clothing and footwear items under $110 per item you will not be charged sales tax. If you are placing an order from outside the United States, your order will be subject to applicable taxes and duties when entering your country. These costs are not included in your purchase price and 6397 will not be responsible for covering these additional costs.



If you are not satisfied with your order we are happy to return or exchange your purchase within 14 days. Merchandise MUST be in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered and with all original tags attached). All packaging that is shipped with the original order must remain intact. Detailed instructions for return or exchange address will be provided upon return authorization. All items listed as Final Sale online will not be refunded.



In order to return an item for an exchange or refund, you must request a Return Authorization number (RA #) within 14 days after the merchandise is delivered. Items returned without a valid RA # will be returned to the sender and will not be processed.

Email with a brief explanation as to why you are returning the item(s). Be sure to include your order number and style details, of the items you are returning in the email.

Once your request has been received, you will receive a confirmation email with your confirmed RA # and a return address.
